So I woke up at 8:30 with this dull ache in my back, that turns into intense pain whenever I move my neck in certain ways. How the hell could I put my back out *sleeping*? Either way though, I'm considering going to the GP. Does this stuff ever go away on it's own? I'd blame jujitsu, but that was on Thursday and I've not felt anything until now.
